No. The Free plan never asks for a card. You only enter payment details when you upgrade to Starter or higher — and the Professional 7-day trial doesn't require one either.
Yes. There are no annual lock-ins. Cancel from your billing dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period, then automatically fall back to the Free plan.
Your workspace stays intact. If you don't add a payment method, we move you down to Free — projects and tasks remain, but Pro-only features (org-wide templates, advanced analytics, API) become read-only until you upgrade.

Yes — multi-tenancy is enforced at the database layer. Every read and write is scoped to your organization. Members of one org cannot see projects, tasks or templates of another, even with shared platform admins.
